Clearly the Department of State is having massive difficulties tracking their laptops.

Lets face it… the Government has ’supposedly’ been doing security for a long time, but come on, are they really doing it all that well?
The latest FISMA report card tends to believe DoS deserves an F. Is there any doubt at this point?
